I've just seen on the news that the first burger made from lab grown meat is being cooked right now.
It's enough to turn the biggest carnivore into a vegetarian. Yuk! :-P

I personally am disgusted at the waste of money spent of this 'burger' There are far more investigations needed that don't seem to have the money spent on them. I would like to see more money spent on research into Rheumatoid Arthritis for one having suffered with it for 34 years.

I don't eat meat because I don't want to be a party to the way it is sourced not because I don't like meat.

Not having eaten meat for nearly forty years, I don't know if I would want to eat something of that texture but would certainly try it.
