Another one ...OH's niece who lives in Aus. and had never met her relations on this side of the Pond especially her Gt Aunt who was in her 70's, wrote to her gt Aunt telling her that she was coming over to see everyone including her and she hoped that she would stay alive until they got there. Thank goodness Aunty L saw the funny side and roared with laughter :-D |

My 6 yr old granddaughter was convinced I was going to die when I went into hospital for my op. So worried, we had to put the Skype on as soon as I got home. She was so happy to see me, then looking me up and down with all my aids she suddenly asked how I was going to managed the toilet. Told her I had been given some ladies Huggies for the night. She screamed laughing. |

My friend has a 2 year old girl who can be cheeky at times but is pretty well behaved a few weeks ago I was over her house and it was time for her bedtime but she wanted to stay up and eat sweets which she was told no as it was too late and sweets are only if she been a good girl , she gave a small sigh and began to walk off next minute she came in with the cordless phone saying "Hello Mr policeman mummy is being naughty and not giving me sweets" We grabbed phone and luckily she hadn't dialled 999 ! |
