we did not find it. About ten days ago OH mislaid the key ring with shed and garage personnel door keys. Not too bad - had a spare for shed but when garage was rebuilt - for some reason or other only received one. Meant to get another but....................

He had looked everywhere including allotment and in the end got fed up with having to walk down side of garage and open garage door to gain access. Tried all our keys and neighbours in the hope that!!

Yesterday afternoon he had had enough - find a locksmith I was instructed. Locksmith here at 11.00 a.m. this morning. Had to drill out lock etc., two keys and a lock later and £75.00 lighter
OH was a happy bunny UNTIL an hour later whilst hanging out some washing discovered the keys at the bottom of the peg bag!

He is spitting feathers, if only the locksmith had come later in the day, if only he had hung the washing out first instead of potting up some strawberry runners, if only he hadn't found them! :-|

If "ifs" and "ands" were pots and pans, there'd be no need of tinkers! :-D :-D

There you see, that's why men should be excused housework ;-)

He has to do everything plus caring for me. I came to the conclusion that he had put pegs in his pockets whilst unpegging washing and then emptied his pockets into the bag and being heavier the keyring fell to the bottom!!

Best thing is the washer is on at least 3 times a week!
