My new neighbours of all of a month, who have been missing for 3 weeks of that, have told me that they are selling up :-S

was it something I said ? did ? who knows :-0

Crazy bit is they want more for their 2 bed 2 bath with pool than I paid for mine.

Merlin it wasn´t a streak more of an amble from hot tub to door and they weren´t there,

Anyway after a couple of bottles ..make that crates I don´t streak I screech and trust me I haven´t yet shown the neighbours that side of me they have that to come.

Perhaps your Finesse went before you and they decided to Hoard their vino elsewhere then join it later (Some People never like sharing). :-D :-D :-D
