whoopi whoopi do dah. I have just been landed with my Mums will ..because the exec has rescinded. It was all going great until the smallest amount (2000) said that they wanted probate on the whole will if over 15,000. Then the next on the phone call said any amount over 10 grand with them they need probate and I need probate with them.
Take advice went me after the exec said I would be fine in Spain ..advice said no way if it has to go to probate you will have to come to the UK.

mmmm went I, Sheffield, London or where..nay said the sensible head pay and let a probate office deal with it- ....by the way if I do probate I am electing Sheffield office-

has anybody done a successful probate ?? please pm me
