Lily, when someone dies so suddenly especially if you have seen them earlier and they seemed ok, it's a big shock, and the fact that he was a friend as well as a neighbour is really upsetting for you. No wonder you feel so down, just treat yourself very gently and let your emotions go. You were lucky, as was he, to have a friendship and not just be people who lived next door to each other and barely spoke, as some people do these days. |

Lilybids......it's quite understandable to feel down. He may have 'only' have been a neighbour, but a friend is a friend and will always be a friend. |

Thank-you everyone my heart was heavy because my friend and neighbour had died, even though he had family used to look out for him, saw him on Monday night he seemed o-k but he had a heart attack later that night. |
