I know Bury New Road, very, very busy - only an absolute idiot would take a horse anywhere near it!

I saw the 'horse in MacDonalds' story too - oh dear :-S. Perhaps it was a subliminal statement about the quality of the food? Not very nice for diners or staff though...

I wouldn't groom my dog in a public place but he will shed the odd bit here and there. Perhaps the wardens could deal with the hypodermics, cans and glass which are much more of a health hazard :-(

I am one of those awful people who gently pluck their dog whilst sitting in the park. I reckon Hyde Park is big enough to absorb a few hairs from an old dog. So...sue ,me! :-D :-D :-D

I sometimes think that I should be a protected species.

Merlin I had my golden flowing locks cut over the weekend.

I was thinking of selling them on here to the highest bidders.

What numpty takes their dogs out walking on the hottest day,,,,,,

Brush you dogs in your own space not other people,,,,imagine if a toddler had fallen over and got up plastered in dog hairs,,,,,,,yuk.

edit -snap AnnG.

why take your dogs out on the hottest day just to brush them in a public park..........odd woman..

eRRol ,
I think by you`re reference to Parks you mean "National Parks", where you yourself just might come under the heading of protected species. :-D :-D

AnninGlos Report 22 Jul 2013 13:03

It was actually a very large amount of hair that she dropped, imagine a child picking it up. Again, nothing to do with liking or not liking dogs, you wouldn't think of emptying your hoover/cleaner in a public space so why large clumps of dog hair?

Just for information...

I often roam around in parks.

DazedConfused

DazedConfused Report 22 Jul 2013 12:11

I know give all the park keeps guns and they can then shoot all the ducks & swans etc., when they lose feathers which also litter the park.

Utterly stupid.

Potty

Potty Report 22 Jul 2013 12:04

So, Carol, should I not groom my dogs in my garden in case the dander gets blown outside into the street? She wasn't fined for grooming her dogs - she was fined for dropping litter.
