This month's full moon is in the astrological sign of Aquarius and there is also an alignment between the Mars and Jupiter.

There will be more positivity around but people will also feel more emotional too.

Right then Elizabeth I'll start with the "diet" and end with the "rest more" sounds good, already had my hair cut so hubby can do all the rest. I'm always very careful about tripping as 2 new knees don't go for a good fall :-) so extra careful there , thank you for telling us that, oh and will remember to turn the silver in my pocket for luck.
