Gloucester Quays Food Fair

Just been to the food Fair and, although it was hot it was well worth going, about 100 stalls, all different foods. Lots of people there, music and demos (demos you have to pay). |

Bought three lots of cheese, some herby sprinkle stuff for maki9ng dips or sprinkling on roast veg etc and four large scones, all dofferent, all home made for tea this evening. wouldn't buy any meat because we were on the bus and it was hot and didn't need anything else but enjoyed looking. |

Is that a new event Ann, and are they going to be doing one again next year? I quite like the Quays and strolling round the docks. |

Sheila it is on for three days, until sunday. They have had a couple before, about twice a year I think but this one is much larger, the stalls stretched all the way from the Southgate street pedestrian entrance, along by the yacht marins, then several rows outside the waterways museum, along Llantony road and along what I think is Orchard street, the entrance to the Quays centre. |
