Hi Nolls

-42C?? ...............

........... quick dash from heated car into coffee shop, and vice versa :-D :-D

walk like a snowman, puffed out to twice my size (and I'm not a petite anyway) ..... then strip off all excess clothing layers once inside a building!

I do find that most North American homes and buildings keep the heat too high in winter. I prefer my house to be about 20C, and wear a sweater. Most Canadians and Americans seem to prefer work and home to be around 25/26C

I've been going to my physio since 1997 ........ it's largely maintenance now. I can't really improve much more ................... but every now and again some part gets a little worse. This time it was my hip due to a muscle knotting.

He found the knot!

Even put his knee on the couch so he could apply more pressure!

I didn't shout ............... but only because I was so busy biting my lip!

He's also a nice man ....... has the same birth date as me. But I could be his mother :-D

Sylvia LOL can see you now the Michelin Man my cousin says the same has to "undress" before they go into supermarket ,, think I would hibernate for the winter.
Physio Ouch he got his elbow into my back yesterday and most weeks and I could kill him oh he is on a slippery slope . That's a long long time to go to physio thought I was bad enough hopefully I should be finished in a couple of months ... well I can hope though probably will have to keep going back for a fix! :-D
