Is anyone else having problems with FMP please. It won't let me in, keep getting the we are busy or the error message

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

Don't know about FMP Tenerife Sun, but been have problems getting on to Genes, this afternoon, kept getting the error message, and it's ever so slow now I'm on here. :-|

I keep getting no electoral roil info coming up on FMP when I know the ones I am looking for are on the open roll cos I find em on People Tracer .That costs me though which is annoying
