Hello William...Yes ,,,that comes up every now and then....The bit I find frustrating is you go to update a persons profile or put in another member of the family and it all fades away..It just leaves the connecting lines with nothing on them.....LES...

Happened to me last week, I put in 20 new family members, none of them were on there next time I looked. Put them all in again a day or two later, looked yesterday and they are all in there twice.

Will now have to delete them all and start again.

I find this tends to happen if I add a parent or sibling from the father/mother box on the tree. It keeps those basic details OK but when I go on to their personal details box on the right and fill in marriage, baptism, dates etc, they are not accepted.

This usually only occurs occasionally but recently it is happening more and more.

Maddening and time consuming, especialy as I was so excited to find another branch going back to 1536, well documented BDMs all at the same London church and wanted to get them all onto my tree. M
