Thank you for your advice, I am also a paying member. I don't know much else aout this lady, her name was Berry and I don't think she was married at the time, I am going back about 40 years. I will try all you advise. Thank you so much

Hi Donna - as you had posted in the middle of the UK night, this has been overlooked.

It may be better to repost on Find Living Relatives where the thread won't disappear off the first page quite so quickly.

Things to add would be her approx year of birth
Any middle names
Would Berry be a maiden or married surname
When did you last have contact

Try Friendsreunited which have workplace sections, facebook and other networking sites.
Depending on her age, you could look for her birth (and birth siblings) and marriage to get husbands name either on GR or freebmd.
192.com has electoral rolls - if her surname is still Berry, she may be listed on there.
thephonebook.bt.com are on line phone books.
