I saw raw pork served up the other week - was always taught that pork and chicken had to be thoroughly cooked.

I saw the programme where the chef served under cooked pork, slightly pink. But although he ate some of it, his guests did not touch it ! They tasted the accompanying vegetables.

I only watch cookery programmes now for a laugh, the chefs spend 20 - 25 minutes on sauces and vegetables and cook the meat in the last 5 minutes. I will not be surprised if a tapeworm epidemic returns to this country.

PORK AND CHICKEN MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO KILL THE PARASITES.
