Bits of left-over cheese and cheese rinds get grated up and put in freezer. They go on top of shepherd's pie, in sauce, in scones. |

Any leftovers, specially veg (and fruit) whisked into a sort of egg & bit of milk, a sort of scrambled egg or omelette done in three minutes in the microwave, very nourishing quick snack light meal |

Since getting a new breadmaker, we often have an excess of bread (daren't eat it all!). I freeze some slices, of course, but also make croutons and breadcrumbs for gratins or coating fishcakes and rissoles. |

I hate waste so do try to find ways of recycling left overs/failures into edible dishes. |
