I sat outside one evening
Quietly observing the sky,
Watching the flickering strobes
Of aircraft flying high..
I wonder where they've come from,,
And where their going to
as they dance up there amid the stars,
Swiftly passing through..
As I look around up there
A question crops up soon,
I wonder what there really is
On the dark side of the moon????

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
