	well done, Rose!! it looks delicious, and we love fish dishes Unfortunately, we'll have to make a lot of adaptations to it ................... I'm dairy-intolerant! We use soy milk and margarine to make mashed potatoes, and also a very acceptable white sauce.

	Thankyou ladies, Linda it had 55g of cheddar cheese in it, though you don't see it added ...in the original it just says 'very little cheese'. :-)

	Did the sauce have cheese in it? I didn't see him put any in, but then he said he was poring the lovely cheesy sauce over it

	Smashing,,,,,,,its like a dish I often do for myself ,but with cod and omitting the scallops,,,,,lovely with grated cheese on top of mash. very well done Rose.........thats two comps now to your credit ,,,,,,,,,I wonder what the 3rd will be,, ;-) :-D.

	Wonderful Rose well done!! recipe looks quite easy to do and also looks really good. I love fish and sole is one of my favourites. I must say I also liked the note-paper your grandmother wrote her recipe on, and lovely handwriting...you are so lucky...one to treasure :-D Mau xx

	Well done Rose, I'm off now to look at the video even though I am allergic to fish!
	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

	Nolls, My grandmother looked very 'serene' in photo's I think, there was a resemblance when I was a child, and with my mum also as a child, but not now unfortunately lol. She died when I was little but I remember her coming down our lane to visit and then she looked very much like Joan Hickson looked playing Miss Marple, same suits and hats :-) Please tell me how it turns out if any of you make the recipe :-)

	RR What a lovely recipe and how lovely to have the video to go with it and how proud your gran would be of you. The photo of her shows a beautiful lady bet you look just like her. Now going to buy some Lemon Sole funny was going to the other day so will get some in and try out the recipe . Well Done You :-D ps ....Go on just try a wee bitty :-)
