Expected maximum temperature 15C

It's raining

I've got layers and layers of clothes on, socks & wooly slippers, and the heater is on (first time for two years!).

It's definitely winter. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Is this the same weather as you're having in the UK?

:-D

Scozz, days nice and mild in WA, temps about 19c: but evenings and early mornings!!

Fire has been lit most nights over the last week with temps dropping to 2c

Still no rain, which accounts for the low night temps..very clear skies!

Edit; I should add that I'm in the SW of the state. The north is enjoying its normal temps. No wonder people travel there in winter

Temp in here 20 C (no heating on) Outside it's daylight but overcast, with a slight drizzle of rain.

Today is the Summer Solstice (and Prince William's 31st birthday) - from now on the days will get shorter :>(( So much for an English summer!

Heavier rain just started - glad my son and o.h. got the fences painted yesterday and day before. My son has been helping out as o.h.'s thumb still strapped up so he can't do much.

I suppose it will save me having to water the plants again for a day or too

This is the coldest day we've had since moving here over six years ago.

We're in the sub-tropics!!

It must have been horrible out there, because OH came home...... golf was cancelled!

Carolee ~ why do you think we left Victoria? Cold winters & HOT summers.

Neither of us were born in Victoria.

The only good thing to look forward to over the next few weeks is the whales migrating.

Give me a few months and I'll be whinging about the humidity

:-D

EDIT: I'll try to stop moaning..... my sister in law 'phoned me a couple of hours ago, she lives in Victoria. This morning it was 1C where she lives! I'd be hibernating.
