Spiders on the loo seat (they've also been known to hide under the rim) is bad enough....... more reason for a flush before using the loo!

I'll be having nightmares about rats, spiders, snakes & cane toads.

Our water bill is going to skyrocket

Just this minute been online booking a call-out appoinment wih Dyno Rod, then I have a wee check in on GR and find ....this topic of conversation.

Wash hand basin in the bathroom is blocked and the blockage is well beyond the U-Bend ( possibly in the external pipework)
I'm now more than a bit worried

and one day when she went the loo

a frog was in the bowl ;-) ;-)

However good our pipes are, suspect there will be a lot of constipation for a couple of days. :-(

The main reason this happened is probably a broken pipe between their house and the main sewer.

Our system of 'U' bends is designed to prevent this which is does in more than 99.9% of households.
