I'm not getting adverts but have had trouble entering GR site last couple of days!

I get these quite often, but not on GR, mostly on a games thread which I use for some solitaire like games, getting rid of them does slow you down in starting, very irritating but I do grit my teeth and say to myself it wasn't for these ads I'd have to pay for the puzzles! I think the object of them is to collect your email addresses if you try and win something.

switch to GR za, not UK - no ads

I might add some of the big adverts are headed Genes Reunited Survey ......I-pods etc ugh. The advert takes up the whole page and at the top it says in small letters continue what you were doing (or something like that)

Ann I have just suddenly got these adverts wonder if I have ad block will see the kids when they come up and it is driving me mad at least I now know not to click on highlighted words did wonder if it was GR only started when they were sorting out the other day, how I wish I was more computer savvy

I have ad block on my pc so tend not to get adverts. That sounds very intrusive.

these really annoying adverts ... words in some threads are highlighted and if you click up comes the square box with you have won an I-pod or just the square box appearing with the same words. if not can you tell me how to get rid of them please?? Have run through Norton but everything seems OK :-|
