LadyScozz Report 10 Jun 2013 13:07

I expected the constant error message, but I didn't expect to be taken to a weird Yahoo page.

Seems to working ok now.

What's with the CB thing in the top right corner?

Again ~ I wish GR would state CLEARLY where these records are for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND........ not all of us sign in using GR.com.UK

CupCakes Report 10 Jun 2013 13:12

It is because they have changed the site interface and search facility today - during the change over everything showed an error.

Forgot to mention this would have affected the other sites SA, NZ & AUS as well because they all feed into the main site

AnnCardiff Report 10 Jun 2013 14:44

I had problems for a long time - thought I had been banned for a moment - I sent GR a message and they seemed to think it was the fault of my computer

It's all seems to be OK now - hang on, I can't scroll down to submit this

I had to come out of the thread and then re open it and pout my reply in the top box

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 10 Jun 2013 14:47

this was the reply I got from GR

Dear Ann

Thanks for your email, and I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble accessing the site.

I've just tested this and I haven't been able to recreate this error. I've managed to successfully login using your login details so it looks as though your membership is now working correctly.

It sounds like the problem is that your computer has 'cached' the last page that you looked at and is not recognising a newer version of this website page. You simply need to clear your browsing history and then sign back in to the site again. This is different according to which browser you're using, so please refer to the help pages for your browser to find out how to do this. You could also try these websites for help with clearing your cache:

Perhaps we should pay our fees more quickly. One the other hand has anyone noticed that if you write something a word is underlined telling you to click as you've won an Ipod (no II did not click on them) and I spent ages trying to get rid of the 2 adverts that came up they would not disappear and eventually had to shut down anyone else get this?? Have scanned and all seems to be OK.
