Hello Renes....Yes we have 4 children...Tony (58) Linda (57) Stewart (48) Lorna (46)......9 grandchildren,,(was 10,,but lost Darren,,eldest son's lad,, 4 years ago...Massive heart attack,,,aged 24).....We also have 6 gt grandchildren....Christmas is fun.....All our 4 live within 3 miles of us....LesGlen.

Goodness me how young to have a heart attack.

Renes....Thanks for contact..Got a long way to go in getting the hang of this message board thing...No there will be no local paper and no to the palace...We are going to enjoy a large family gathering which will include our best man and wife and 2 of original bridesmaids...We are having an afternoon session replecating the wedding feast then a good old knees up from 7pm...Said to eldest daughter on Saturday,,10 more years will be our 70th then another 10 to our 80th and I'll be 102...FATHER,,,NO WAY,,I'll allow you to get your 100th then the following day it'll be the pillow....Ain't it nice to have a loving family??? this was in the butchers as well..They all had a good laugh....Regards.....LES.

Love the idea of replicating your wedding breakfast, but surprised that you have not registered for a card from the Queen .....

Renes....It's the wife who doesn't want the publicity on it...She hates that sort of thing...She was very upset last week,,our local BBC Radio Oxford morning presenter wanted to know what 60 years meant to anyone,,so I called him...When she found I was talking to Malcolm she wasn't happy...Pity ,, it could add to the fun...
We really don't know what is happening,,we have been told the main basics,,that's it..Yesterday at coffee morning they had all the old family phot#s out and a lot seem to have disappeared...Who knows what's coming next....
