like I said Errol it is the b-y toolbars, Google is an especial villain. REMOVE all toolbars except MS an disactivate them. |

Rollo I am inclined to agree to a degree although I am not convinced it is merely a toolbar problem hence me trying to go through a process of elimination. |

Surprise and shock but IE10 is actually not bad at all and uses less RAM etc than Firefox. It is much faster on an Intel platform, all the way back to SandyBridge. OTOH native security remains pants. |

Doing that will run a stripped down version of IE with absolutely no add-ons and is a great way to run a "clean" version. |
