Phew, Uzzi, at last I can stop worrying that I will say something when I shouldn't lol

I am so pleased everything is signed, sealed and delivered and hope the changes you are making will go smoothly.

Can't wait to come and see the new home you are making for yourselves and your Mother, this will be whole new chapter in the story and saga of 'Mother and me!'

Well it just has to be done.

I have given up on the house hunting !

I left with balls in the air, juggling which I preferred against which was right. and none the wiser as to what to do.
I also left with 2 unhopefuls but should I look see one was a 5bed 5bath house in the perfect area but at a price it could not be suitable, the other was a bank repo which might have been amazing even though too far out.

What did I have to lose apart from time. ? *shrugs* So I arranged to have a look at the 5bed 5bath unbelievable place on Monday 22nd April

It was unbelievable it was totally amazing fully furnished to my like that it took me 5minutes to make an offer and 30minutes to get counter offered and agreed. I even went in the next day and put the deposit down, then gave the solicitor we decided to appoint a heart attack , we did explain why and also the fact that we change the original holding contract for one of our specs.
We also agreed to allow the sellers to have a May let on there, because I didn´t at the time have a completion on Mums.

but Mums completed on the 26th April (a week early)

I became the proud and scared owner of a 5bed 5bath villa on the 30th May. Signed sealed and all mine.

by the way once I have finished with it, it will only be a 4 bed 4bath villa but the second kitchen will be fully working......Ahhhh yes I should say downstairs is 3bed 3bath ...(what I am changing) upstairs via a separate outside door is a 2bed 2bath annex.
I can´t explain the place fully or explain how lucky we have been ..nor can I explain why I kept it quiet untll the deed was done It had to be done
