Well I've had 2 ops on two Saturdays five months apart did wonder at the time if the surgeon would turn up or play his round of golf - but hey here I am! :-D |

The main problem being that at the weekend there are less staff around (not on the wards) but in the other departments. |

Just been seeing on the news that if you have an operation scheduled for the end of a week you are more likely to die than if you have one at the beginning of the week!!!! |
