Bognor or not?

I often used to go to Bognor when a child and then a teenager. Used to go by car with my parents, then by train with OH. |

I am further round the harbour,which is still all mud. The beach front hasn't changed very much since the seventies when I worked in that cafe. |

I used to holiday as a child at Pagham Beach, which I think is where you live. It was in the early 1950's and there wasn't much there then. A small amusement arcade and a couple of pubs. We usually stayed in a holiday home built around a railway carriage and somewhere in front of the Kings Head, I think that is what the hotel was called. We also stayed in a little bungalow on the edge of the Lagoon. I looked at Pagham on Google earth a while ago and I think it must have grown a lot |
