Do Keepsafe records expire?

Can anyone tell me why I am having credits deducted for viewing records in my keepsafe file that I have already paid for previously? Do they expire? I daved these documents over a year ago. |

Not entirely sure as I don't use them but it used to be the case I think that saved census records etc expired after a certain length of time, unless you saved them to your computer. |
