Hopefully some one will check to see if this comes under category 4 below, and if it does they challenge this and ask The Attorney General to review the sentence given by the Crown Court Judge.

The Attorney General can review very low sentences given by the Crown Court in England and Wales if he’s asked to.

Only certain types of case can be reviewed, including:

1 murder
2 rape
3 robbery
4 child sex crimes and child cruelty
5 some serious fraud
6 some serious drug crimes
7 crimes committed because of the victim’s race or religion

Anyone can ask for a sentence to be reviewed - they don’t have to be involved in the case.

That is awful!
Doesn't the judge realise, it's sicko's like Martin that perpetuate child pornography?

A hard time should be part of the punishment, methinks.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2302300/Judge-branded-burglar-courageous-refuses-jail-paedophile-caught-child-porn-hed-hard-time-prison.html

Judge Peters Bowers claimed Mark Martin would 'suffer badly' if sent down
Martin already on suspended jail term when caught with more sick images
Campaigners slammed decision 'strange' and 'remarkably short-sighted'

....so he'd have had a hard time in jail would he? No thought of the poor kids exploited so this sick minded *&&^%% can get his kicks.

pfffffffffffffffffft. I really am starting to wonder what bloody planet some of these judges inhabit ...............
