Got it sky plussed..aiming to watch it with OH tomorrow night (he doesn't know that yet lol)...looks like it's worth the watch..........

I enjoyed it.....that got me at the end as well....all those young men marching into hell as my grandfather used to say. Looking forward to the next episode :-)

Had me crying buckets at the end of first episode, so must have touched a nerve, all those young men going off to war :-(

It was a little dour, i thought, but interesting to see a picture of rural life that isn't romanticised and idyllic.
