It's snowing in my part of Norfolk. My daffodils won't bloom, but the snowdrops are still going strong!

Hope you manage to keep the snow in your part of Norfolk, it's a lovely day in this part of the county (east coast), though I have yet to step outside to see how cold it is!! :-)

No white stuff here in my part of Norwich yet but sure it will come.

Have left the birds lots of peanuts and fatballs and such outside to help them survive this cold weather, our bluetits, robins, blackbirds and starlings seem grateful as do the collared doves and the fat old pigeons! Oh and the neighbour's cat who likes anything with bread in.

Stay warm and safe. folks

Son got married on 2 April (Easter Saturday) 1994 in M Keynes. It snowed and was cold.

Been a beautiful day here in N Wales...sunshine but chilly out of sun.
Much better for visitors though than rain.

Yes, soft white flakes slowly drifting down, not settling much and not heavy by any means and I think that's what we are due most of today.

I just found a box of stale Weetabix in the cupboard and some other bits and pieces that were out of date too, so chucked it all in a saucepan with some oil and a part packet of lard bought especially for the purpose, and made a big pile of mush for the birds. They tucked into the last lot I made so thought it time for some more. I have mixed in peanuts and those bird pellets as well and hope they will find it helps them stay warm and alive while it's so cold. The robin was immediately on the edge of the dish I put it on so don't think it will take long for the rest of the birds to find it too.

Keep warm, folks,

Lizx
