Just been sent a photo of my grandchildren and some friends, all caught in mid jump, hair flying and wide toothless grins on faces....I smile every time I look at it :-) <3 <3

A Spring day -
Clear blue sky with a hint of warmth in the sun

Walking to hospital and back with OH this morning I was very happy to see banks of beautiful snowdrops and also see the daffodils ready to bloom :-D

In no particular order


Spring flowers and a pleasant warm day after the gloom of winter.
Seeing my Grandchildren happy in their lives.
The thought of a new baby in the family.
A few weeks staying in a warmer climate
Good health in myself and my other half
Seeing a letter on the mat from a friend or
receiving a long newsy e mail from a friend
Meeting friends for coffee
Being alive.

I am basically happy most of the time :-D
