A bit misleading is "Platinum" because you dont get open access to ALL records. :-|

From the original posting of this thread, it has only taken GR about 30 minutes to post on here, shows they do look at threads.

Just a pity they don't do it when there are problems on the board, selective intervention me thinks. :-) :-)
