My GRANDFATHER was on the MURMANSK RUN.

Born 1907 in CHELTENHAM
Died 1964 in CHELTENHAM

You must have been very thankful that he survived such a hazardous series of voyages. You might not be here otherwise! There is quite a lot on the internet if you make a search.
