where to change my debit card details please , i can not find it lol :-S

yes,got a message saying they can not take my subscription due to my card details,(forgot to change to my new card ) and it says go to secure payment page,but i can not find it

Can't see anything under 'Account' but I'm on auto renew..maybe different ??

try under subscription details on your account page

I had to wait until my sub ran out, then it let me put new details in...that was a couple of years ago now

Unless it pops up when you're subscription is due, I can't find it!

If no one else can, you'd best email to ask them

If would suggest you e.mail GR for the page they are requesting you use, saying you can't find it !
They hopefully will prompt you in the direction .... I can see you have been a member since 2004 ,so renewing may cost you more !... E mail them !

My subscription is due, well it was.....interesting when I looked at subscription details

You subscribed on 26th February 2013
Your membership expires on the 26th March 2013

Since when has 26th feb - 26th march been 6 months :-D

Told you this site is a maze ....as well as a minefield ! By the seems of things ! :-)

jax if you contributed to the board where they gave you an extra month for free that will be why

I know why I have the month Errol, yes on the 21st feb my contribution to the WDYTYA board was:-

my sub then expired on the 22nd...then GR kindly gave me a month for free on the 26th....but up until then, well 22nd-26th I was a free member....so it should not say I had subscribed for 6 months

i am on auto renew,looked everywhere for this page they say,will email them as i am fed uo with subs going up and down as well,they are now asking for an extra £4,my subs expire today so may be wont bother to renew unless they reduce it,i dont post very often but love to read the boards,Thanks for your help

Hope you can get a positive result with your e..mail sheila7, and they don't increase your costs.
If you normally just view the boards stay as a free member ,this is an open sight and PM me if your subs run out and you want to just view. :-D

I recently renewed and had same problem. I went into 'my account' and the top line says gifts, upgrade, pay to view and a few other things.
I think 'subscribe' was also there when I needed to renew and I went into that.

Subscribe is not there now I have renewed :-S

Found this in the Help FAQs:

"If you want to use a different card for your auto-renewal payment, you can do so from two weeks before your renewal payment is due.
Here’s how you can change the card details.
• Select the option to renew your membership on your Genes Reunited homepage by clicking on 'subscribe'.
• Choose the membership package that you'd like.
• Click on the green box titled 'Subscribe'. This is to the right of the payment options list.
• If you are a Platinum subscriber you’ll see the Additional Features page where you can add other records to your package. Standard members won’t see this page.
• This will take you to the payment page. Please ignore the box at the top prompting you to enter your password.
• Go down to the next section and enter the new card details.
This will then be the card we’ll use for future payments."
