Gwyn thank you for the recipe I have downloaded it and will give it a try next week. Since OH has been borderline diabetic I only bake once a week (to prevent temptation). |

lovely sunny day here in Cardiff - been to the quack to have bloods taken - five phials!!!! and to deliver a urine sample - X-rays on Wednesday next - in other words a full MOT!!! never had one before - hoping for a good outcome |

Oh dear Ann Is this still going on ? I remember you mentioning it before. I can understand how angry and frustrated you must feel. It is unacceptable the way the NHS is treating it's patients. To be honest I really don't think the bureaucrats see patients as people. I hope your son will get some satisfactory treatment from his visit today. |

Dear Ann. I am so sorry, it is understandable that are so very upset and angry I can feel your frustration. You have stated the case clearly, one can only hope is that the appropriate person gets to read it. I hope something is sorted soon your poor boy must be in agony, and for it to have been going on for so long is really a disgrace. |
