Hi Theresa, I am so glad you qualified, I remember when you started studying for it and were so excited.

They recently started to increase fees, I believe there might be a discount if you pay early. At the moment everyone seems to be paying different amounts but they say eventually we will all pay the same. No reduction for loyalty.

Hey Georgina! That seems like a lifetime ago! I didnt do nursing, ugh! Just midwifery!


Good to see some familiar names! This place is fairly busy now! I remember when we first opened and telling my Uncle how it was going to be the next big thing in genealogy research......... I used to track the amount of people on here week by week and watch it grow! At that time you could post and get help from members without paying! I eventually paid in Jan 2003!

We met a hundred years ago in County Cork at the Genes meet. I still keep in touch with Sue from Leeds.

If you have continual membership, I think it is £7.50 a year but it does seem to vary.

Hi all,

long time no see! Been busy busy! I qualified as a midwife last September so GR has seen my family go from 5 to 6, and now just 2 at home, it has also seen me through 5 years of uni and the early part of my move to Ireland! Been around since 2002...........scary stuff!

Any oldies who remember a big WWAAVVEE!

Questions.......... who is still here?

How much is the going rate these days? I cant remember what I paid last year!

Whats the general atmosphere like on here these days? I ask honestly.....although I see posts are removed even as late as this afternoon! :-(
