	how about this for excellent service - since we went digital my TV in the bedroom has never worked - a passing Sky engineer told me it was an aerial problem and I never did anything about it - that was quite a few years ago anyway, today I called a local firm out to adjust the Aerial - Beamrite - they just called, sorted the TV out, it wasn't the aerial at all and refused to take any money!!! :-D
