The other day i got in contact with Family Search help section... Has anyone else gone down this route -

I emailed them my query and last night got a lengthy response with several new leads not to mention verification of what was already known.

Now i know my 4x great grandmother was Mary Franklin 1777 Gloucester but they suggested There is a Mary Franklin, baptized 19 March 1780, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, England, daughter of Richard Franklin and Sarah Unknown.

Thanks

Was it from the Family Search team themselves or from an email Address as a link?

I emailed a couple of researchers who had left their email adresses on their contributions and got replies, which helped enormously with my research.
