Help with Wifi connection

Iam not much good with computers so when i joined Sky they came out and installed wifi and broadband for me including the computer.

I did put the number that was on the side of the Wifi white box in, perhaps its not the password.

the password you need is the same one you use for you laptop to connect to your wifi

I did check, they are mostly numbers only 2 letters

OH says make sure you have the capitals lock on when you put in code.

I bought a GoTablet but when i try to set up says i need to put in the password from my WiFi box.There are several numbers on the box,one says mac then a 12 digit numbers and letter code.

Is this the right one?i tried putting this in but keeps coming up AUTHENTICATION PROBLEM.

there is a help desk number but its only mon-fri

Any thoughts please
