	I haven't used one Rebekah, but have often wondered about them. Keep us posted about how you get on with it, if it works, I may well get one!

When you think of travelling to and from a gym and paying to use one each time (and you'd need it a few times a week), its worthwhile buying one really. Good for arthritis and circulation as well apparently. We'll see anyway!
