a blast from the past. We were teenage friends, she was a dreadful letter writer and when she moved to USA in 1957 that was it. Mind you was not just me, her sister said the same. I did write about 20 years ago but no reply!!

I was suspicious as was my daughter when she had an email yesterday asking if she was my daughter.

Bearing in mind I have had about 15 addresses since then - it is a miracle. I was suspicious and asked for more background info - it was her SIL. I know from her sister she had about 6 children - she who used to say she loathed them and would never, ever have any - at least I stuck to two.

Be fun catching up.
