No matter whether you believe or not it is a time for the highest rate of suicides.

Please do check on the elderly that live alone, they may have families but not all spend it with them.

The lonely, there is nothing worse for them to be reminded about how it is the season of goodwill

The Solos they may not look lonely but the day when everybody else have people around and are not out to party is when they are most vulnerable.

Do your bit and check on a neighbour it may take a few minutes but it´s a lot better than saying what if for the rest of your life.

Remember that cranky solo person may just be lonely, that feral teenager may just be scared. And you like me may be an atheist but that shouldn´t stop your help.

I have 4 children and 11 g/children so that is 17 with myself and o/h for Christmas dinner ,but we are now up to 20 as i know 3 people that will be on ther own,its a squeeze but we manage 2 years ago we 22 ,,3microwaves 2halagens plus oven and hob and trusty dishwasher lol,cant help it just cant stand the thought of them being on their own
