Oh my god......Approx 27 people have been shot dead, 18 of those are children aged between 4 - 10.

I've just read that shocking news Jude,makes the blood run cold. .....how horrible for the families waiting to hear about their loved ones.

I am lost for words. Why oh Why are people in America allowed to have guns, almost as easy as going shopping for food!

My heart goes out to everyone one involved and wonder how parents who have lost their children will ever come to terms with what happened or how to continue looking after their other children etc?
The parent who has killed the children and others was so young himself. What lead him to take this appalling step?

So so sad, any time is a bad time for this sort of thing, but Christmas is even worse!!!
The killer was in his early 20's, just a kid himself, what ever possessed him to do it must have been pretty shocking for him to deal with too...but why not just shoot himself??

My thoughts also go out to the families and friends of the dead and injured.

RIP all of you.

Once again the ghouls...sorry reporters are saying the gunman was the younger brother and it's the 24 year old in custody.

I loathe journalists who rush to provide information. The only people who NEED information are those who are affected directly. The rest of us can wait!


Edit: Just heard a UK news presenter stating "I guess it's the job of the press now to found out why this happened" paraphrased.

I thought that was up to the investigating authorities in the States... silly me.
