There are two big Christmas cakes cooking in the oven. I kind of adapted a Dundee recipe and used up all the old bits of fruit I had,and some alcohol to soak it all in so the mixture is very fruity and alcoholic and there is a lot of alcohol soaked fruit left to make something else with,like a bellyache maybe! |
