There was an incident in this country when some one tied a dog deliberately to a car bumper. That poor dog did not survive.

If people want to get rid of pets why do something like that.

GB...l know that poor man. The vets did'nt think he would survive, he must be one tuff doggie:)....love the name he's been given:)

I feel sorry for the truck driver as he did not know the dog had been tied to the truck.
