Near Cheltenham. Really nice food; meat, fish, cheese,bread, vegetables etc etc, all really fresh and much of it locally sourced. A lot of it organic as well. |

Sounds Interesting, especially the Brown Paper Bags,things tend to go in cycles,perhaps other stores will take notice and the Plastic Bags will go.**M**. |

I love this store. The one I know (think it is in Kensington) has been going for some time, Ann, and does a very good trade. Even in this credit crisis,people do care about where their food comes from and there are more and more paper bags being dished out in various shops, I am happy to say. |

Oh good BC I am pleased somebody else has heard of them. they have a good health food department too. I did manage to drag my OH past the cakes, buns and pasties section...... just. |

I used to shop there when we were near Washington DC for a few months back in 2005. The fruit and veg was lovely, as was the deli counter. Pricey but most things were not pre-packed so you just picked as much as you wanted. |
