	Large library with gallery and local museum upstairs Doctor's surgery Town Hall with community centre Primary school/nursery public buildings only - the supermarkets and banks will 'build themselves', but I would include Coffee shop :-D

	2 x 8 storey apartment blocks, a general store - preferably run by a Pakistani (they work so hard), a church/school, a Gambling Casino with a bar. I've done this in Sim CITY and it works until the earthquake. :-(
