Hi Is anyone else experiencing these two problems; firstly I cant pay for any add features and secondly I cant view the whole of my family tree any more! :-( had this problem a while now thanks Karen

I presume your tree has several thousand entries on it.

Hi there
thanks for your replies- to Kense no my tree doesnt have that many entries but opeing this link I can relate to these guys problems! This morning it seems to have recified itself but certainly last I couldnt get passed the review screen. Genes have contacted me this morning and said no problem we can see it but obviously other people DO have this problem Wished they had just left it as it was really ...hate the side panel view too :-(....Glad you could open it in the end Ann I was getting paranoid ..
