	I was 5' 7" two years ago now same as Chris 5' 3 1/2" goodness knows where my inches have gone, Maybe round my hips,,,lol :-D

	A few weeks ago was told I was no longer 5' 6" but 5' 3 1/2". Reckon the missing 2 1/2" of highly toned/honed flesh and bone has repositioned itself around my middle! :-(

	I've lost 1 1/2 inches so they told me at the hospital on a recent bone check. Phyll

	Oh Carol, I would like to lose more than a stone. I have to aim to lose at least a stone by January next year. :-)
