I seem to glide into whatever season it is, Emma, but I love your optimistic outlook! I think people are generally happier when the sun is shining and that's always nice, but I can't say I am affected one way or the other. I DO love getting on the old opaques though! :-D <3 |

Getting the Chimney Cleaned :-S The logs sorted,getting coal delivered and tidying the garden before the onset of winter, Its quite nice here today, a little cloudy but there is quite a chill in the air early morning, a sign of things to come? hopefully not for some time yet. :-D :-D :-D ;-) |

I don't like the dark days of winter but do like the bright crisp days. Love it when it snows and I don't have to go out. I miss the pleasure of the garden in winter (I do not go out there in the winter months, I don't like the cold. |

Oh I really really want to go and live with Julia. I wouldn't take up too much space, honestly and I have no bad habits...much :-D I could just be spoonfed strawberry conserve and scones and rare beef dripping with fat and pies, lots of pies, chicken, beef with Guinness, and spuds from the garden and all kinds of vegetables, and fresh bread made on the Aga.......and...and.... |
